Placing an order with Lookie Box means you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Delivery information
Orders are delivered to mainland UK addresses by one of our selected couriers.
For international orders additional postal charges may occur, please contact us before placing your order and we will advise you of any additional charges.
Postage and packing to mainland UK addresses are charged at the following rates:
To deliver between 1 - 10 Lookie Boxes will cost £4.95
please allow 3-4 working days
To deliver between 11 - 60 Lookie Boxes will cost £5.95
please allow 3-4 working days
All delivery times are based on orders being received by Lookie Box before 2pm. Orders received after 2pm will be processed on the following working day. Working Days are Monday to Friday and exclude all local and national holidays.
Only if your credit card has been authorised will your credit card be debited and your order processed.
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the timescale information given, however, we will not be under any liability to you if for some reason the goods fail to be delivered to you within the specified timescale.

Refunds and Returns under our Guarantee
In accordance with the Direct Selling Regulations 2000, if your goods do not arrive in perfect condition Lookie Box guarantees to exchange the product or provide a full refund. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, you must first contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please quote your order number on all correspondence. You will then be given a returns number which should be displayed on all returned packages. Goods must be returned in full and in good condition at your own expense. For your own protection when returning goods, please use recorded delivery and retain your receipt as we cannot process claims until the goods are back in our possession.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged during transit.
All refunds and returns will be made within 14 days of the goods returning back in our possession.
Cancellation of order
If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us by e-mail within 24 hours of first placing your order stating your order reference number. Providing we receive your notification before production has commenced or any item has been dispatched, we will cancel your order and payment will be returned to you via PayPal.
Ordering
Simply browse our website and when you want to purchase an item please enter the quantity and then click the BUY button. This item will then be placed into your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping click the checkout button and complete your delivery details. You will then be directed to PayPal to complete your payment. Once payment has been confirmed you will receive confirmation of order via email.
Payment Options
We accept payment in the following ways:
All orders placed online are purchased using PayPal, with PayPal you can pay instantly and receive your items faster, all major credit and debit cards are accepted. If you would prefer to pay by cheque then send a personal cheque in Pounds Sterling for the amount of your order made payable to Lookie Box and posted to The Old School House, North Lane, Welwick, East Yorkshire, HU12 0SH. Please expect a slight delay if paying by cheque as we are unable to ship your goods until the cheque clears through the banking system.

All contents are sourced from suppliers with a high standard of quality and safety and have been chosen to comply with current European safety standards and bear the CE mark where appropriate.
